工場が閉じて、商店が無くなって、田舎には欠かせないヤマザキデイリーだけが生き残る、地元の基幹産業はといえば村役場の職員であって、病院や葬儀社だけは産業としてわずかに栄える、こういうのがおそらく、東北地方で被災した市街の大部で、この状態から再起動をかけるのは相当に難しい。
